2010 LOVE CITY TRIATHLON & AQUATHON
RACE DETAILS:

DATE: Sunday, September 5, 2010
            Start time: 7:00am, Big Maho Bay Beach Pavilion

DISTANCES:
Triathlon: ½ mile swim, 14 mile hilly bike, 4 mile flat run
                  (Individual and Relay categories)
            Aquathon: ½ mile swim, 3.4 mile run
                              (Individual category only, no Relay)

REGISTRATION FEES: Individual $35.00
      Relay (triathlon only): $30.00/person

Registration fee includes T-shirt, goodie bag, and a beach picnic after the race.

There will be no registration the morning of the event! Registration forms can also be picked up at the following locations:

St. Croix – Stamina Sports
St. John - The Tap Room

REGISTRATION DEADLINE:
4:00 – 5:30pm, September 4, 2010 at Maho Bay Camps, St. John
            (if space still available - race will close at 100 participants - register early)

The race (triathlon, aquathon, and relay combined) will close at 100 participants, so please register early.

RACE CHECK-IN:
Race check-in and a pre-race meeting will be held at the Pavilion Restaurant at Maho Bay Camps, Saturday September 4 starting at 4:00pm for the check-in with the meeting following at 5:30pm.

Maho Bay Camps – complimentary night
Registered participants can take advantage of a complimentary night stay at Maho Bay Camps the night before the event, September 4th. USVI, BVI, PR, and other Caribbean residents receive a 50% discount on additional nights. The complimentary night and discount applies to the tent cottages. For more information about Maho, go to www.maho.org. However, the complimentary night cannot be booked online. To make a reservation, please contact Maho Bay Camps directly at: 1-340-715-0500 or 1-800-392-9004 and mention that you are participating in the triathlon. Please note, the deadline to take advantage of this offer is Thursday, September 2nd.
